Feminist Judgments in International Law, a book edited by Hodson and Lavers brings together re-written judgments from many international cases. These new judgments are written from the feminist perspective as well as using a feminist method. They show how the final judgments in many of these cases may have changed or remained the same. It is a fascinating look at how things might be different in international courts.
This particular piece is a review of one of the chapters from this book and focuses on a judgment from the Kardžić trial as part of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY). The review is written by Honor Tuohy and is available here.
